Pipe Coaters

PCN facility covers an area of 160,000 m² in Onne's Free Trade Zone, near to all the major companies operating in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, and with a very close and direct access to the port and its operational infrastructures. It is the single largest area occupied by any Company in the FTZ, and hosts a 12,000 m² of warehouse type prefabricated steel structures, housing the Anticorrosion, CWC, Thermal Insulation, Internal and Bends Coating plants as well as Double Jointing and Anode Installation Facilities.

Anticorrosion Coating

We perform external anticorrosion coatings FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy), PP (Polypropylene) and PE (Polyethylene) in a dimensional range from 4" to 48".
Concrete Weight Coating

Our CWC by compression line can process pipes ranging from 4” to 48”; our CWC by Impingement line can process pipes ranging from 30" to 48".
Thermal Insulation Coating

We apply our proprietary TenCoat™ Marine Insulation solutions (5 Layers Syntactic Polypropylene and Multilayer Polypropylene) in a dimensional range from 6" to 24".
Internal Coating

We apply Flow liquid and Epoxy Internal Coating to protect internal pipe surfaces from corrosion and erosion effects, reducing friction and turbulence, thereby increasing flow efficiency.
Sacrificial Anodes Installation

Our Anode installation facility within the Onne plant installs Sacrificial Anodes on all pipe ranges.
Welding Services (Double Joint)

Our welding facility within the Onne plant provides professional welding services to perform double joints for offshore delivery.
